SIGNATURE AND DATE

1.    PERSON is the owner, lessee, or occupant of the premises, including individuals, families, partnerships, voluntary associations, organizations and corporations. All members of a household, whether related or not and all members shall be considered one person. Charitable, religious or civic organizations may be allowed more than one license within a twelve-month period with the approval of the City Manager.

2.    This application is to be submitted at least one week prior to the requested yard sale date.

3.    The Yard Sale License must be prominently displayed on the premises and visible from the street.

4.    HOURS OF SALE shall be between 9a.m. & 7p.m. during June, July & August and between 9 a.m. & 6 p.m. during all other months.

5.    A SIGN advertising the yard sale is not to exceed 3’x3’ in size, can only be placed on premises where sale is conducted, and is not to be posted earlier than one week prior to sale.

6.    YARD SALE LICENSE FEE: Two dollars ($2.00)
