City of Cape May

The City of Cape May no longer administers the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Program subsidizes a portion of the rent for safe and decent year round housing. It is designed to assist income eligible elderly, disabled, and single member households and families based on the income limits established by HUD. In order to apply, you must be 18 years of age or older, or an emancipated minor.
