If a license is not renewed, during the first three months of the year prior to March 31, it shall be treated as a new license. Neither the license registration fee nor the annual renewal fee shall be pro-rated.

Certificate of Insurance, showing "The City of Cape May" as Certificate Holder, MUST be presented with the required fee, to the City of Cape May Licensing Office, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, NJ 08204, in order to obtain a new or renewal license.

CERTIFICATION: I certify that this application is complete and correct, and acknowledge my responsibility to maintain, in continuous full force and effect, as a minimum, the insurance coverage in the amounts indicated above and to display name of owner and municipality on my commercial vehicles.
